Summer sundae

The gorgeous fruits of summer and beautiful sweet corn! Pastry Chef Craig gathered the best offerings of blackberries, whiskey-poached peaches, and sweet corn ice cream. Add in a few candied pecans and some "Sandies" and even the most staunch non-dessert eater would have a hard time resisting.

Summer vegetables! The produce coming from our farms and purveyors is just gorgeous right now. Everything from heirloom tomatoes to plums and melons. We're incorporating them into so many of our dishes, desserts, and even family meal!

We're planning our next event and can share

While we don't have the dates set yet, coming this fall will be a series of cooking lessons and demos taking place at our bar and in our kitchen, covering everything from entrees to desserts and cocktails. Chef Carrie, Chef Craig, and Bar Director Steve will be teaching. We'll announce the specifics on our Facebook and Twitter feeds, as well as here.
