Sherry! Our current Wine Dinner is a celebration of this glorious and multifaceted "wine of love and passion" We think it's one of the finest and most flexible food pairs in the world. More fine sherry is being made today than any other time in the recent past. Its many styles, however, can be confusing to the average consumer; this, among other reasons, has led to a general misunderstanding and deep under-appreciation of its potential. We believe it only takes an approachable, thoughtful presentation at table to allow sherry to show for what it is, an artisanal wine of delicious, and affordable, complexity. Carrie loves the crispness of winter and snow. Our recent trip to Paris and London has proved a lot of inspiration for design and elements in our restaurants, too.

Bacon. Lot's of it. Baconfest Chicago will be here soon, and we've been looking forward to it! We currently carry bacon devilled eggs as an appetizer, and a bacon chocolate chip ice cream cookie sandwich for dessert!
