It depends on the time of year, but my standby is Buffalo Trace bourbon, usually on the rocks but I do love my Manhattans with Punt e Mes.

I learned to appreciate an ice-cold High Life after a shift on the line at Blackbird. Now I'm into bourbon shots and Abita Jockamo IPA on draft.
