Zahav. And I'd have the whole lamb shoulder glazed in pomegranate with chick peas and Persian rice. It is probably my favorite thing to eat in a restaurant. That and the foie gras soup at Sbraga.

I would eat at Amis. I would just let them cook. Solid pastas and great vegetables all cooked with lots of pork.
