I really like spice, I love to make spice cakes, spiced dried fruit chutneys (both sweet and savory), and spiced gelati.

Spice calls to me the most. Everything from gingerbread to snicker doodles to hot buttered rum and eggnog. I love it all. The spice warms and comforts at the same time.
