I subscribe to the New York Times. It ain't cheap, but it is well worth it. It covers everything A to Z and the photojournalism cannot be beat.

I have a very serious collection and well over half are autographed, Also, a big collection of older cookbooks in the 20th century.

BizBash is great event planning magazine in both nationwide and local versions. They have a good, easy to navigate on-line version and email blasts, too.
