I went to Scandinavia two years ago and loved Stockholm. I want to go back to that Baltic region because the food was so pure, natural and unadulterated. Specifically, Mathias Dahlgren in Stockholm.

I'm not a huge breakfast fan but we were raised on Walker Bros. Pancake House and it's pretty tough to beat.

In my unhealthy life, I would sometimes walk up the street to Eggsperience or have late night sushi at Kamahachi, Chicago Cut, Pequod's Pizza... now, in my healthy days, I don't go out much.
We live in a rich culinary world filled with ethnic neighborhoods and adventuresome eats. Do you like exploring different dining areas? What are your favorite ethnic 'hoods?

I love Vietnamese and Thai, they're my favorites. I have no loyalties, I love all of it. After that, Greek food.

I used to love Sushi Wabi but I don't eat much sushi anymore. LaMadia pizzas are so good, Naniwa sushi, I love Lou Malnati's, we love to order Pequod's and bring it in for the staff
