Easy. I have a couple of cases of Loosen Bros 2005 Riesling (Mosel) that I keep at our weekend place. It's my go-to warm weather wine; fresh, pear scented, with a hint of sweetness and bright acidity that makes it a great food wine. I especially love to offer it with snacks on the porch when people drop by on weekends. It's clear and simple enough to make it what I consider a perfect afternoon glass.

Dry Rose! They rang from fruity and light to full and sophiticated, but will always be crisp and refreshing. Favorites are the Loimer "Lois" Rose - fun and fruity and very economical. The Pax Rose (Syrah) is full and well balanced - perfect for the beef tenderloin and salmon on the grill. And rose is always a gorgeous, festive color. If you have to share with others, it pleases many palates.
