Question of the Day
Chefs dish on their Halloween costumes
Our son, Nate, will be a Blue Angel pilot. I'm very proud of myself for being able to find costume pieces that work, and as a non sewer, manage to get the patches on. Dan and I will be in Blue Angels T's and caps as his ground crew. We'll be testing out the costumes this week at the Epcot Food and Wine fest.
I always wanted to have the kitchen crew go out after service dressed up as characters from ALice in Wonderlnad. I want to be the Mad Hatter.
There is a chance, and if I do dress up, it will be as a chef.
The staff at Vincent may go as diplomats from various countries or the cast of The Jersey Shore.
well...I believe that staff at Vincent will try to dress up as politicians - it was the only way we could get Chef Joncarl to dress in costume. If this happens, I am going at former President of the Philippines Corazon Aquino.
Last year I was a witch. I am going to be a kitchen witch. It's a good fit.

Our staff dresses up each year, and we buy dinner for kids until about 7 or so. We always want to be a community, family run company. It means a lot to us.
