I don't know why I'm always thinking of rum for hot drinks on halloween. I'm thinking Plantation Rum, apple cider, absinthe, and a mulling mixture of coriander, clove, allspice, and bay.

I really want something that is reminiscent of the former Hi-C beverage called ecto-cooler (of Ghostbusters fame). Briar, one of bartenders and a phenomenal mixer of drinks, is conjuring up a brew that will embody the flavor ecto-cooler and the memories of Ghostbusters, especially Slimer.
