We don't currently have it on now, but in February, we did a caramelized Banana open faced tart that the Tribune wrote about since the chiboust cream was so light and scented sweetly with aged Rum.

Rum and bananas is classic. Bananas Foster is a no-brainer for us. We bring it out on holiday brunches to serve with pancakes.
