I generally don't use the word Galette. We have a great potato and mushroom cake that we serve with our crisp half duck.

We currently offer a rhubarb galette on our dessert menu - Rhubarb Galette, Four Textures of Coconut, Orange Ice Cream, Mint. We've been known to do potato galettes from time to time - they are great with meaty white fish such as sea bass
