YES! Folks are crazy for Red Velvet. It's not my favorite flavor of choice, but I'm not the only one that matters around here! We always have a red velvet cupcake on hand, and usually some kind of cake ball made with red velvet as well.

At Goddess we make the traditional red velvet cake 6 layers high with loads of cream cheese frosting (I do love our frosting), cupcakes and whoopie pies dipped in chocolate. We also sell red velvet ice cream made by Ruth and Phil's. I saw red velvet pancakes on TV the other day, and the sugar rush made my teeth ache - pancakes, frosting and syrup - how sweet is that? I could maybe have a little bite,
