Lemon Nougat Glacé Madeleine “Cake”,
Mountain Huckleberries and Lemon Balm Sorbet
It is made with Lemon Curd and a Nugat Glace which is a frozen Meringue with whipped cream.
The sorbet is flavored with Lemon Balm which enhances the lemon flavor.
