I just returned from 3 weeks in SE Asia and due to the incredible heat, humidity and tropical enviroment, every hotel, bar and restaurant had the BEST drink menus, alcoholic and non-alcoholic using their increidble array of tropical fruits and vegetables.
I am going to do a non-alcoholic drink menu starting next week for lunch.....

We've actually upped that to Hibiscus Tea, Lemon Ginger Tea, and Jasmine Tea. We'll be sweetening these with Stevia grown in our rooftop garden. We'll be meeting early this week to test recipes on alcoholic versions.
