Elvis would have been all about the bacon and foie gras moon pie - with home made honey grahams, bacon/foie mousse, dark chocolate, and peanuts. The old chocolate- dipped peanut butter and bacon moon pie with banana ice cream always had me thinking of Elvis, too.

When i was the chef at Vinyl, we had an Elvis brunch every week. we had a
whole Elvis inspired menu, including drinks. Elvis movies played on
monitors, and Elvis music played.
