Perennial Plate is innovative, engaging and really, really cool. I wish them the best and am interested to see where they film in Chicago. Homespun webcam series are a new and novel way for chefs to get their passions across in a more engaging way than the written word. These guys are ahead of the curve. I have always wanted to do a local foods scavenger hunt with two teams, 50 miles and a dinner at the end. Who can find the best local foods in 8 hours? Don’t steal this idea! If you want to be involved, call me!
