At noodle cat down town we have a tap designated to our house sparkling sake. We use what ever fruit is in season and and make a flavored vinegar, and them infuse our house oseke sake with it. We serve it as you would sparkling rose and people love it. it is on our happy hour menu for 3 dollars as well.
