Briar Brackney, Vincent's libations master extraordinare, has unveiled her special cocktail for the month of December. She calls it "Figgy Pudding" and builds it with rye, chambord, and a shrub made with fig and balsamic vinegar. It is shaken with egg whites and served up....and it's delicious. $9 for the whole month.
