A Premier Summer Event, Lobster Rock Offers Creative Lobster "Tastings", Signature Cocktails, Wine & Beer to Celebrate 40 Years of 93XRT Radio

July 3, 2012 (Chicago, IL)-- For a dish that channels the summer through beautiful presentation and fresh flavors, look no further than one of the ocean's most delectable and seasonal crustaceans---the lobster. In partnership with Supreme Lobster Co., Executive Chef Troy Graves celebrates this summer delight by hosting LOBSTER ROCK on the beautiful outdoor patio at Red Door in Bucktown. This special tasting event will feature lobster dishes from Graves and an incredibly impressive array of Chicago's leading chefs, including:

ABOUT RED DOOR: A collaboration of Chef Troy Graves and partners Christopher Peckat and Fei Tang, Bucktown’s latest bar and eatery features global comfort food flavors with equal attention paid to a seasonal, locally and organically sourced craft cocktail program by Jeremy Krickhahn.
