2012 New Years Eve celebration at Hearty restaurant

Offering 3 seatings, each with a 4 course menu, complimentary intermezzo, champagne toast at midnight, and all the party favors you'll want till the next year! 5:30 p.m. kicks off our first seating at $55. 7:30 and 10:00 seatings start at just $65. We'll be slinging out specialty craft cocktails from our new book entitled "The New Old Bar" in addition to wine pairings throughout the evenings festivities.
In keeping with our contemporary take on classic dishes, the menu will feature such favorites as..Chestnut Bisque with black pepper maple whipped cream and a thyme biscuit to start. Caviar eggs, a trio of deviled eggs with wasabit tobikko, gravlax salmon roe & bowfin choupique. Wild boar sausage in a mustard thyme popover with blueberry shallot gastrique, Oysters Rockefeller and a Herring Michigan apple salad are also featured. Then you have to start making the hard decisions with entrees..
Bacon Sausage & Dunbart Blue Cheese Ravioli, caramelized onion, and smoked ham veloute. Saffron poached diver scallops in tomato fennel broth with caviar. Vegetarian? Think toasted farro risotto with Marcona almonds, spinach and hen of the woods mushrooms.
