Pumpkin caked is soaked overnight with sweetened coconut milk. It is then topped with rum whipped cream and garnished with pepita praline. The cake is also served with a caramelized pumpkin jam.

Classic candied almonds coated in Valrhona 68% Nyangbo chocolate and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder.
