Our team never fails to amaze me. Chef Alfonso said, "Do you have time to taste something today? Of course, I always have time to taste so he brought me this plate of braised berkshire pork belly atop caramelized watermelon. Wow. The spicy sweet honey syrup, the rich, crispy pork belly and the fruity watermelon pair perfectly with a glass of Hugo Sparkling Zweigelt/Pinot Noir. On the menu through 06/28. Get in here soon or forever hold your peace on this one. Or just maybe we will make it again like those killer smoked capon raviolis from last week.
