Summary
My co-chef and business partner, Christine Cikowski and I have been cooking small dinners in homes throughout Chicagoland since 2006. We set out to create a dining experience that fostered community. The Sunday Dinner Club connects us as Chefs with those eating our food, and links ourselves, our diners, and the farmers and artisans we source ingredients from. We strive daily to nurture a kitchen and workplace that is collaborative, stimulating, respectful and enjoyable. Through the Sunday Dinner Club, we have developed a distinct style, rooted in traditional cuisines, but always influenced by what is seasonal and local. We like to think of ourselves as grandmas, bringing the best of what's available to our friends and family in a traditional and straightforward style. In addition to the dinner club, we cater intimate events and look forward to Saturdays during the summer when we fresh grind local beef and grill burgers at the Green City Market.
