The entrees are divided in styles of dishes, such as curries, seafood, beef, chicken and noodles.
12 Main chef selections. We chose this number because it seemed like it was just enough to showcase enough beef,chicken, fish, pork and game so you don't forget about each one when you leave you can remember every bite! we change them every season about Two to four.
We offer 11 entrees and an additional 2 as weekly specials. I like to offer a variety of meats and fish so there is something for people to come back to. While the plate set ups change with the seasons, the "beasts" pretty much stay the same. These are meats and fish that the kitchen can handle consistenly and that fit our food cost structure.
