We have four desserts on our menu which have been the same since we opened a month ago, but are going to change soon. As the summer progresses and we are able to use local produce, we will. For example, the Clafoutis has Door County (Wisconsin) cherries in it now, but will switch to mulberries and blackberries as they become available to reflect the new harvest.

We offer 9 desserts with an additional dessert included in the weekly specials. I would like to pare the list down to 7 but they all sell consistenly well and I am sure someone would complain if I took their favorite off. The desserts really don't change that often.

Diners often do not associate desserts with Asian restaurants, but our desserts are seasonal and solid. They all have some type of Asian element, from the Thai coffee pudding to a berry dessert with a honey whipped cream.
