I Just got a new Webber grill two weeks ago. I am a fan of charcoal/wood grilling, I get the convenience of propane but I like building a fire and maneuvering the coals for how I am cooking and I prefer the flavor of a charcoal grill. I am also a bit of a pyro. But this Memorial Day weekend my brother is visiting from Buffalo, NY and is bringing my favorite hot dogs. Sahlen hot dogs are made in Buffalo and are a blend of pork and beef. I also have my favorite mustard coming, it is Webber's horseradish mustard. It is a spicy yellow horseradish mustard that also is manufactured in Buffalo. I know that grilling hot dogs is not the most adventurous dish but it is a little taste of my hometown. I am also have to say that the Chicago Dog is not my thing. I like the horseradish mustard with raw onion and sauerkraut. Throw in a couple of Southern Tier brewery's Phin & Matt's Extrodinary Ales and I will be back home.
