My favorite cheese is Goat cheese. The fresher the better. I love the cheese from Capriole Farm that Judith Schad makes. One time I went and visited her. The first thing we did together was sit on the porch of her farm house and eat fresh goat cheese with a glass of red wine. The experience and warm friendship mingled together with some of the worlds best goat cheese made for a lasting impression.
