Ah, the sweet smell of expansion. Do you have ambitions of opening new restaurant locations? Or new operations entirely? Do tell.

We will open a new Province in Phoenix in the downtown area in a brand new Westin Hotel in March of 2011. The new twist is that it will be a breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant.
