My mom's tofu stir-fry with crunchy vegetables and rice. I think I can still destroy an entire wok of it by myself!

When I would stay at my grandparents during the summer I was awaken in the morning by the smell of bacon and eggs that they would cook in their old cast iron skillet.

Peanut Butter and Jelly. My Late grandmother did a lot of canning in northern Michigan. Im pretty sure PB&J with her raspberry jam got me through my childhood.

My mom's Pennsylvania Dutch chicken corn soup. I still make it for family meal at work from time to time. Everyone loves it.
