My mom's tofu stir-fry with crunchy vegetables and rice. I think I can still destroy an entire wok of it by myself!

Peanut Butter and Jelly. My Late grandmother did a lot of canning in northern Michigan. Im pretty sure PB&J with her raspberry jam got me through my childhood.
