My best boss was Jason Hammel of Lula Cafe and Nightwood Restaurant. At first glance, Jason has this quiet demeanor. Then as you get to know him you realize that this guy is intense, I mean super intense. He will push you to become better than you thought you could be, all the while remaining calm. Seriously, could you ask for a better Executive Chef/owner?
