My absolute favorite food movie is "The Cook, The Thief, His Wife, and Her Lover." Not only are the kitchen scenes just wierdly fantastic, but they use the most... unusual ingredients. Awww, you just have to see it for yourself!

Babette's Feast...love the excessiveness of it all. The banquet scene in The Girl with the Pearl Earring is pretty impressive as well....
