How many languages do you speak? Which ones?

I only speak one fluently now, English, but I speak pretty good Spanish, and when I was a kid I spoke German nearly fluently.

I'm only really confident in English. At one point I could speak Swiss German passably well, but it's been too long. My broken Spanish gets me through the days at work.
