Q: Do you ever learn things from your customers?
Every single day. If you don't, you die.
Q: What would you like to take off the menu but they won’t let you?
There is no such thing here. Not a single dish on our menu survives. We opened 18 months ago and not one dish has been on longer than a few months. Our customers all know not to fall in love because we will always break their hearts!
Q: What do you wish were more popular?
Only the restaurant in general, always looking to build and become busier.
