If i were not a chef, i would still be a waiter making a lot of money and spending it on seeing the world. Before "getting serious about life" i worked at a number of "upscale" restaurants in DC and NYC...would bank my money until the month of January, then take off for 30 days and travel the world...come back, get back to work again...and re-start the process.
