Have you been lucky enough to work for a standout superior? Hopefully so. Who was your best boss? Why?

i have had the good furtune of working with some incredible women, in the business...i came to terms with the fact that i wanted to leave the front of house when i was working at Restaurant Nora with Nora Pouillon in Washington DC, many moons ago. I would come in and "help" the chef before service...i learned so much. But, my "stand out superior" would be my good friend Anne Rosenzweig in NYC. Working with her at Inside Restaurant and all that i learned from her is something that i cherish.
