Q: How does your team help each other weather the weeds?

We are all trained to do just about everything that needs to be done. There is one big list of stuff to do, and while we all focus on specific things, we can help each other with projects without having to ask for recipes or methods. Because the list is posted for all to see, we can add things or post ideas for each other to think about and discuss weather it is a new sausage, a sandwich idea, or something like, "what to do with short ribs this summer."
