I would tailor make a grill and equipment to fit my needs. The Grill would have three compartments for different woods and you would be able to lower and raise the grills. I would have those self cleaning floors...What a dream, All copper, stainless, Flat tops, fire ring, smoker built for cold and hot smoke,
Montague equipment, pastry table, and 20qt stand up mixer, one of those rational induction oven.
