If you could dine anywhere in the world, where would it be and what would you eat?

Nowhere in particular, but it would have to be somewhere that has sincerity behind it. Not some fancy place, but one where the dude cooking the food lives it. Maybe the mediterranean where the seafood has just been pulled from the waters, or a farm where the veggies have just been dug up--that's the meal.
