Q: Vacations don't need to be all beaches and sleep. When on vacation, do you ever search for inspiration for work? If so, how?
Well, I've never had a vacation. In 21 years of cooking the only vacation I've had was 4 days in Vegas to get married and then right back. I found no culinary inspiration there though. I would indeed (if I ever get a vaca) double the trip as a vacation/work trip. Italy, Japan, Greece, France are high on my list. Someday...
