Q: Do you grow any of your own ingredients for the restaurant? Which ones, and what do you do with them?
Yes, on my deck (I live above restaurant) I grow some herbs. Sage, mint, parsley, basil, thyme, rosemary. Sometimes cherry tomatoes. We just use them for all purpose use in the restaurant.
Q: Do you have a garden at home? What do you grow?
I live downtown above the restaurant so I have 0 yard space, but on my deck we grow a lot of herbs. Basil, rosemary, thyme, parsley, sage. It's about all we can do, but it's nice.
