What's Next?

Have you got the itch to hit "Hollywood"? Does the idea of having a cooking show or series interest you? If so, what would you do?

Not really. That's not exactly why I cook. If I did it, it would have to be in very good taste. Like only seriousness, no gimmicky premise where I'm running door to door to make a meal out of Sally home maker's grape jelly and mayo before her husband gets home. A set with a big wooden counter top, copper and cast iron pots, and me just cooking some rustic food and talking about it the way I talk about it. Then yes, I'd do that. But...I don't think anyone would give me that show. People want to see the hair cut in an apron Tyler Florence's of the world.
