Unless you emerged from the womb wearing a toque, you weren't born a chef, right? Tell us about some of your other work experiences. If you had another career before this, what did you do?

During college, I did some lawn maintenance for rental properties, worked in the mail room & was a teacher's assistant (for a viticulture & enology class).

I worked odd jobs here and there. Patient transporter, administrative assistant, martial arts instructor, and plenty of office jobs.
