Grandparents make some of the warmest food memories. Got any special food memories from grandma or grandpa?

My grandmother took me into a corn field to taste fresh corn. She said growing up in the city I had no idea how good fresh corn on the cob tasted. She was right, it was so good, so sweet I ate it raw.
