1) I made mac and cheese soup 1 time because I didn't read the instructions on the box-I was like 10.
2) Corn soup at Everest-you know why chef always tells you to taste, taste, taste? Because jack ass interns like me add to much fucking cayenne to a super delicate chilled corn soup. It was being served to the guest when chef tried it and flipped his shit, he sort of herded me toward the dining room and was threatening to have me apologize to the guest. scared the shit out of me.
