Best boss was Thierry Tritsch at Everest. He brought so much passion to the job everyday in everything he did, working the pass, making sure dish was organized, creating dishes for the menu, he was relentless if we were doing 30 covers or 130 covers same drive and focus, everyday. Was amazing guy to work with.
