Finding Inspiration

When you are feeling in a cooking rut, what inspires you?

I hate to say it but at the same time I don't. "kitchen confidential" it's like my bible. When I drive to NYC I usually listen to it.(mostly because I won't buy any thing from iTunes). It's not that I take anything directly from the book, but it makes me remaniss and think of of all the things I have seen and done. And that's when I feel the food ideas coming together.
