Q: There's no shame in bottled sauces or canned ingredients now and again. Have you got any go-to "secret ingredients"? Like a certain brand of hot sauce, spice blend or jarred mustard?

Violet mustard! I love the stuff. It is a beautiful bright purple color. We have used it in typical mustard applications as well as items like blackberry-violet mustard jam. It really has a unique flavor.
