"the art of living according to joe beef"and "eat with your hands" aree the last two books i bought and they are both amazing. joe beef fucking hysterical. eat with your hands is also amazing (it pairs songs with each recipe..) but what makes them both stand out to me is the fact that both of these books allow the chefs personality/stories to shine through, uncensored. that and the food is pretty awesome as well.
