A vegetarian at Thanksgiving; how do you deal?

Stick to fall notes and vegetables and you will be in the clear. Squash
risotto, autumn spiced pickled veggie salad, and some crispy curried
brussels. Cant go wrong.

My nephew Colin is a vegan...so that is even more challenging than a
vegetarian! Thanksgiving is a bounty of vegetables and grains....cooking
vegetarian is easy if you just remember to make stuff...

Are you kidding? Thanksgiving is probably the only food holiday a vegetrian gets a choice of foods! Most sides are bvegetarian and the turkey is usually dry and overdone. The vegetarians have a feast!

There are several vegeterians so we have always had turkey and lots of vegeterian friendly side dishes. My mom usually totes along a tofurkey to make sure the vegeterians are taken care of.
