A vegetarian at Thanksgiving; how do you deal?

Stick to fall notes and vegetables and you will be in the clear. Squash risotto, autumn spiced pickled veggie salad, and some crispy curried brussels. Cant go wrong.

Are you kidding? Thanksgiving is probably the only food holiday a vegetrian gets a choice of foods! Most sides are bvegetarian and the turkey is usually dry and overdone. The vegetarians have a feast!
